  While waiting for doctor to see us, filled out forms and had to put our address down 3 separate times, (this will be important later) Saw a nurse practitioner, nice guy, script sent over to pharmacy and done, total visit 10 minutes, total wait time 35 minutes. Back up to window, gave office girl credit card, swiped all set. I HAD to ASK for a receipt for taxes, seriously? everyone should get a receipt i think. Back to address. Nurse practitioner verifies address with us. We get to car and boom, wrong address on form, really? how hard is it to copy an address off a license or a form written 3 times? ridiculous. While we were initially waiting, a customer came in to pick up her records, she ordered a week earlier and guess what, no one knows why they weren't copied, receptionist asks her, "well what did you want ALL of it?" customer says yes.Receptionist then goes through every visit and asks her, "you want this? you want that? you want this? COME ON, THE CUSTOMER IS 80, DO YOUR JOB. 2nd customer comes in, "here to pick up script, i was told its ready at 4:00" (its now 5:00) nope, not ready, please have a seat. SHE'S STILL SITTING THERE WHEN WE LEAVE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. You do not need women mumbling behind the counter, we cant hear you through the glass girls. If you hate your job then quit. I am in the senior insurance industry and i wanted to jump up and help these folks. We wont be going there again. $108.00 for a visit to a nurse? terrible gouge on a cash customer.
